Overview

Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate at Sam’s Club. Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr this role involves stocking, maintaining safety and sanitation in freezer/cooler/deli areas, and delivering member service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintains Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by processing claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation. Secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions, providing Deli products, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
• Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area including food handling, operating, repairing and sanitizing equipment, adhering to Cold Chain procedures, cleaning areas, and reporting issues.
• Ensures high-quality products are available for Members and that shelves are clean and properly maintained with correct temperatures and expiration dates.
