• Help shape the member’s shopping experience by keeping a well-kept parking lot and assisting members with their purchases.
• Ensure carts are ready and available; assist members with loading vehicles and creating a great member experience.
• Be on your feet and active in all weather conditions to support members and operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet members, and provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Assist with transporting items, organizing merchandise, and keeping designated areas accessible.
• Follow company policies and procedures for safety, merchandise handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Assist with pickup orders, including notifying members of delays, offering alternatives, and ensuring proper packaging and delivery.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments according to policy; operate cash registers as needed.
• Promote the company’s products and services and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Adhere to Open Door Policy and applicable ethics and integrity standards in daily work.
