This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Representative role located in Addison, IL. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, generating new leads, managing policy renewals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a commitment to achieving individual and team goals.

• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship building, and meeting sales goals
• Customer service and communication skills, with an ability to listen, build trust, and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Organizational and time management skills to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, policies, and products, or a willingness to learn and obtain appropriate licensing
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computing skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred
