Outside Sales Representative – Industrial (PVF/Flow Control)

This field‑based sales role supports customers in the Chicagoland area. The position is based in Northern Illinois/Northwest Indiana.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Perform product quotations and problem resolution.
• Analyze competition and devise sales strategies.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Document all sales activity in Salesforce.

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial industry sales experience (preferred).
• Results oriented, self‑motivated, and able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Problem‑solving, leadership and listening skills.
• General digital literacy.
• Ability to multi‑task and learn quickly.

Base plus commission eligible role with no cap. Estimated total compensation $120,000 – $170,000+.
