The Sales and Product Line Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Addison, IL. This position supports sales activities by managing inquiries, preparing quotes, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate customer and product records. The coordinator works closely with production and engineering teams to align product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules with customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating product line information, assisting with pricing and margin reviews, updating sales collateral and product data, and responding to customer service requests.

The role also involves monitoring sales performance, generating reports, supporting account managers, and helping identify opportunities to grow key product lines.

• Experience in sales support, order processing, and customer service in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to coordinate product information, including basic understanding of technical specifications for cables, sensors, and heaters.
• Strong skills in data entry, database or CRM use, and proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Addison, IL, collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn about ARi’s products, processes, and industry standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering technology, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in industrial temperature measurement or related sectors is a plus.
