Restoration Technician

As a Restoration Technician, you will inspect buildings for damage and document your findings with photos and notes. You'll clean up debris, dry out buildings, and remove water, mold, and fire/smoke damage. You will also help with basic construction tasks, operate and maintain equipment, follow safety rules and legal guidelines, and keep detailed records and reports for insurance and company use.

• Check buildings to see how much damage there is.
• Use special equipment to dry out buildings and remove water.
• Clean and fix damage caused by fire and smoke.
• Help with simple construction tasks like installing drywall and painting.
• Set up and use machines like dehumidifiers and air movers.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Follow all laws and guidelines during the work.
• Keep accurate records of work done, including time and materials used.
• Prepare reports for insurance and company records.
• To perform all necessary mitigation procedures as directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restoration or construction is a plus but not required.
• Certifications in restoration are a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to respond to emergency calls after work hours if needed.
• Physical ability to do manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.

• $20 - $25 per hour
• Health, vision, and dental insurance
• 401K, company match up to 6%
• After 90 days, the employee will be eligible for Paid Time Off
  • 5 days vacation and 3 sick days for the 1st year of employment
  • After 3 years of employment, the employee will be eligible for 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days
