  330 W Fay Avenue, ADDISON, IL 60101
• Pay: $27/Hr
• Paid weekly via direct deposit
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday with occasional weekend; shifts start 5‑6am
• Service areas:
  Lake Forrest to Saint Charles to Grant Park to Valparaiso and everything in between
• CDL B trucks with liftgates will be used
• 8–14 stops per day

• Drive truck to deliver dry ice to customer’s place of business.
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to load and unload dry ice.
• Obtain customer signature, ensure piece count matches load manifest, and collect empty dry ice boxes to be returned to the plant and/or branch.
• Provide customer service and give feedback from customers to the Branch Manager.
• Perform pre and post trip inspections on trucks according to DOT and company maintenance checklist; keep the inside of the truck clean.
• Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, DOT and OSHA requirements.
• Secure cargo prior to and during transit.

• Valid Class A CDL or B CDL & Airbrake endorsements.
• Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card & endorsements.
• Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or provide a certificate of completion from a trucking school completed in the last 12 months.
• No more than two traffic convictions (or two at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years) or one traffic conviction and one at‑fault accident.
• No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven years.
• Must be able to work in a drug‑free environment.
• Be able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment.
