The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, including inventory handling, order picking, shipment processing, shipping/receiving, and maintaining organized storage areas.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify contents against purchase orders.
• Pick, stage, package and process outgoing shipments accurately and securely.
• Maintain organized warehouse areas, ensuring products are properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible.
• Track, record, and update inventory levels in the system.
• Load and unload trucks, operating forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Drive a company truck to pick up and drop off parts, supplies, and materials between facilities.
• Ensure all deliveries and transfers are completed safely, on schedule, and with proper documentation.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and general warehouse upkeep.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards or concerns to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle/truck.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills.

• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

$20 - $25/hr
