• Own the accounting oversight for a high‑transaction, acquisitive environment.
• Assist the Controller with the preparation of periodic filings for quarterly and annual requirements, registration statements, and financial statements.
• Work with the external public accountants in planning and executing audits and reviews.
• Lead the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and policies while ensuring requisite system changes are completed in a timely manner to support future requirements.
• Act as a strategic leader on a high‑performing, collaborative accounting team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA required.
• 6+ years progressive accounting experience including public accounting and industry.
• Strong technical accounting skills in GAAP.
• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Possesses a high level of critical thinking.
• Prior management experience required.
• Experience with acquisitions in a private‑equity environment.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 per year plus bonus &% DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
