Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will play a key part in supporting financial reporting, month-end close, and day-to-day accounting operations during an important transition period for the company. • Maintain the accounting records in Net Suite while also working cross-functionally with the accounts receivable and payable team
• Own the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with compiling and preparing month-end financial statements for the management team, including variance analysis against prior period and budget
• Review payroll entries and other recurring transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Have the opportunity to grow into streamlining the consolidation process, prepare note disclosures for financial statements, and assisting with due diligence for financing

• Experience with Net Suite or similar accounting softwar
• Degree in finance or Accounti
