Medix Infusion is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Document Review Specialist to join our team. This administrative role involves responding to a high volume of intake requests. • Supporting intake and scheduling teams with 2–3 years’ experience preferred.
• Creating and maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant case records.
• Resolving customer service issues and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Delivering a positive customer/patient experience.
• Using PC proficiency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Managing triage responsibilities such as prioritizing and queuing fax requests.
• Responding to electronic referrals by creating new patient records and intake forms, and directing them appropriately.
• Reviewing hard copy paperwork for new and existing patients, streamlining to relevant team members.
• Assisting with answering and routing phone calls.
• Scanning, uploading, and organizing documents.
• Maintaining confidentiality.
