Job DescriptionAddison Group is actively seeking a Administrative Assistant titled Licensing Coordinator to support our client in the insurance services space. This role will focus on the coordination and processing of licensing activities, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met. The Licensing Coordinator will serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and agents to facilitate smooth licensing workflows and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities- Managing incoming licensing documentation and verifying completeness
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support processing
- Tracking agent licenses, renewals, and status changes
- Recommending process improvements to reduce delays and improve efficiency
- Assisting with reporting on productivity, trends, and compliance
- Supporting escalated or complex licensing issues
- Leading or contributing to internal projects related to licensing and compliance
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to internal policies
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or operational experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage licensing documentation accurately
