Missions

This position is part of the overall objective to ensure all tasks assigned to the Healthcare Offer department. This recruitment is offered for a duration of 6 months due to the prolonged absence of the current position holder.

• Perform routine secretarial tasks:
  
  - provide physical and telephone reception, direct requests and calls, - process incoming and outgoing mail, - organize travel and ensure logistical follow-up (vehicle reservations), - regularly update lists of healthcare structures and facilities (healthcare institutions, MSP, CPTS, health centers, etc.), - manage department generic mailboxes, - distribute instructions or alerts to healthcare institutions or professionals, - develop dashboards and follow-up of deadlines, - organize the management of departmental material resources, - participate in classification and archiving
• Perform all preparation, organization, and follow-up tasks for instances:
  
  - prepare dossiers prior to meetings, - organize meeting logistics, - draft composition decrees for instances - attend meetings and draft minutes.
• Perform specific missions - monitor monthly schedules of ambulatory care operators via the dedicated information system, monitor requests for authorizations of transport of narcotics and psychotropics, - prepare the monthly decree on ambulance guards, - conduct surveys among institutions and report data.
