Work Location: Hybrid

Work Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

The Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth strategy through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. There will be opportunities to work on various M&A transactions and deal structures including acquisitions, de novos, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives. This position reports to the Vice President of M&A and will be responsible for helping manage the end‑to‑end M&A process, from identifying potential targets to executing transactions and working with cross‑functional teams to integrate the acquired businesses into the company.

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic success.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate development.
• Experience or background in the healthcare industry preferred but not required.
• Exceptional MS Excel, database, and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with financial statement analysis and valuation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to create PowerPoint materials for pitches and management presentations.
• Excellent multi‑tasking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to define, collect and document complex business and technical requirements.
• Analytical skill to quickly understand and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Comfortable in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• Highly adaptable.

• Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling for prospective and live transactions.
• Support financial and operational due diligence analysis of target companies and identify and resolve key deal issues.
• Support the deal team and other leaders in developing and presenting executive‑level memoranda, presentations and detailed financial analysis to senior leadership.
• Support strategy formation and analysis.
• Support de‑novo planning and analysis.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses to evaluate growth opportunities and support key corporate initiatives.
• Work directly with target company representatives to gather data and support due diligence.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to collect and analyze information and communicate key findings.
• Support ad‑hoc projects (e.g., analysis of prospect pipeline, tracking of prior investments, etc.) and other administrative tasks.
