We help clients like N26, Pipedrive, and Travelperk to relocate people to 30+ countries and are backed by some of the best investors in the world including Union Square Ventures, Inventure, Karma VC, Swiss Post Ventures, et al.

• Assist and manage relocation cases, including designing relocation process, preparing immigration related documentation, communicating with partners, clients, talents, Embassies and Government institutions
• Provide relocation related consultations for clients and talents
• Build and maintain relocation processes, workflows and guidelines
• Assist and manage immigration and relocation-related projects
• Manage the settle-in services
• Support your colleagues with immigration-related information preparations
• Help customizing our platform according to the country's needs

• Experience and knowledge in EU and non-EU immigration to France, including dealing with French immigration authorities
• French speaker, but are also a fluent communicator in English. Other languages are a plus
• Comfortable with working remotely and independently
• Comfortable with working with IT solutions
• Knows how to prioritise & focus, disciplined
• An excellent communicator in person and over written correspondence
• Have project management skills like independence in running your work, are keen to take initiative, are good with strict timelines, and have strong attention to detail
