• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
• Configure agency management systems and document processes and procedures for training and reference
• Define requirements and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and quality
• Create reporting outputs and client deliverables while leading training efforts
• Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to refine workflows

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to improve processes by refining efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with an ability to engage with cross-functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
• Demonstrated commitment to achieving sustainable results
