Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Onsite)
Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Pay: $20/hour+ (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Type: Temp-to-Hire (Great long-term opportunity!)
About the RoleWe’re looking for a customer-focused representative to join our client’s team in a healthcare support role. This position is all about quality service, not rushing through calls. You’ll help customers with questions about their plans, assist in finding providers, and provide an excellent experience.
What You’ll Do- Answer customer inquiries about healthcare plans and provider options
- Deliver exceptional customer service with patience and professionalism
- Focus on accuracy and quality in every interaction
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Hard-working and dependable
- Prior call center experience
