• 3+ years hands‑on M365 IAM engineering expertise – implementing designs.
• Experience managing access stations and conditional access policies – RBAC.
• Active Directory.
• Nice to have:
  Experience implementing Copilot, Exchange Online.
• Nice to have: MS Purview.

$65‑$72/hr (W2)
