Who They Are
We've partnered with a $2 billion HVAC industry leader to add a controls expert to their engineering team. This person must be passionate about the future of the controls industry as well as have strong technical capacity in the current controls space. This person will work to seamlessly integrate with 3rd party controls partners such as Airzone, Ecobee, and Nest. This individual must have 5+ years of experience working with HVAC controls integration and building management systems.
WhatYou'll Do
- Lead control strategies for heat pumps and VRF systems
- Establish price to market through margin analysis and competitive positions
- Manage the product lifecycle of controls solutions, from concept to launch to end-of-life
- Develop and maintain a data-driven product roadmap for controls solutions across heat pumps, VRF, and ventilation products
- Bachelor s degree in engineering
- 5+ years of HVAC controls experience
- IoT systems integration for HVAC products
