We are seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer to lead automation projects for a dynamic industrial automation firm. This role requires expertise in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS / Delta

V systems, along with project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and commission control systems while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring project profitability.

• Design and implement control system architectures (PLC, DCS, HMI / SCADA).
• Develop schematics, panels, and network designs (under 480
  
  VAC).
• Lead project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and profitability.
• Commission systems on-site and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s in Electrical / Control, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field)
• Licensure: PMP certification a plus
• Experience:
  
  8+ years in industrial automation (PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS / Delta
  
  V).
• Experience:
  
  2-3 years minimum with Emerson Delta
  
  V platform.
• Experience:
  
  PLC-5 to Control Logix conversions.
• Project management for systems up to $10M.
