Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst – Medix Infusion, Dallas, TX

The Financial Analyst reports to the Chief Financial Officer and works closely with senior leaders across Medix Infusion to implement the company's financial strategy. The analyst will be a crucial member of the Finance Team, serving in an analytical, operationally oriented capacity. They should effectively interpret financial data on both integrated and detailed bases, conveying business results and supporting decision‑making at the leadership level.

Core duties include supporting annual, quarterly, monthly, and intra‑monthly planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The analyst must be nimble, think quickly, and navigate ambiguity in ad‑hoc analysis and special projects.

• Build and update financial models in support of current growth strategies and analysis
• Assist the accounting function with month‑end close process and comparison of actuals to historical trends and budget
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Support the annual strategic planning and budgeting process as well as the rolling forecast process
• Aid in construction and presentation of investor and lender materials
• Complete other ad‑hoc analysis, projects, and duties as assigned

• Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and produce quality work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Team player working with multiple cross‑functional teams collaboratively
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations
• Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly and protect confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting
• Three to five years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or related fields (preferred)
• FP&A experience at a multi‑site business (preferred)
• Expert Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office

• Prolonged periods of sitting and/or being stationary at a desk
• Consistent use of computers and relaying information via email, messaging, and phone
• Must communicate with others and exchange information frequently and on an ongoing basis
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs
