Senior Manager of Finance - On-Site - Addison, TX

LHH is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance on behalf of a confidential, global manufacturing organization. This company produces complex, engineered products that support critical end markets and operates across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is ideal for a finance leader with deep operational finance experience who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The successful candidate will bring strong FP&A and cost accounting expertise, experience supporting manufacturing operations, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

• Drive financial performance across multiple manufacturing sites by identifying opportunities to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and mitigate operational and financial risks
• Develop and maintain repeatable financial models to support decision-making, forecasting, and operational performance analysis
• Lead financial support for the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
• Create, maintain, and publish dashboards and drill-down analyses to support regular executive-level performance reviews
• Provide financial support for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), including validation of forecast accuracy and financial assumptions
• Support new product introductions, project management initiatives, and capital and process improvement business cases, including validation of costs, savings, and profitability
• Track performance against approved business cases and committed financial targets
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and support special projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years supporting full P&L ownership and working capital planning
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or plant-based environment
• Strong background in cost accounting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and operational finance principles
• Experience with enterprise planning, forecasting, and data mining tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Pivot, and Access
• Experience with enterprise reporting systems (e.g., Oracle FCCS, Hyperion, One Stream, or similar)
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
