We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Cost Analyst to join our innovative Tech Services team. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated professional with a passion for Construction and Technology. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of cost analysis, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities- Managing and overseeing the financial health of our construction projects.
- Utilizing Procore to manage project costs, track changes, and aid in the decision-making process.
- Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Preparing detailed financial reports, including project forecasts and cost analyses.
- Monitoring and analyzing project expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Assisting in the billing process to ensure all costs are accurately captured and accounted for.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project cost analysis, preferably in the tech services industry.
- Proven experience with Procore, Billing, Coordination, and Budget.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-judged decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A team player mentality, with the ability to also work independently when required.
