Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager in public accounting who wants a better lifestyle while leading a growing tax practice. This hybrid role focuses on individual tax, planning, client relationships and staff development.
The opportunity offers up to $150k base plus 20% bonus, unlimited PTO, and a hybrid schedule with 2 remote days per week in the off-season. You’ll remain client-facing and help shape the tax platform for growth.
