Supervisor Case Management RN – Medical City Dallas

This full‑time day shift (8:00 am‑4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday, with occasional weekend shifts) Supervisor Case Management RN role offers the opportunity to lead social work and case management staff at Medical City Dallas, a leading provider of healthcare services under HCA Healthcare.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise social work and case management staff, ensuring quality and integrity of care.
- Serve as the main resource for Case Managers and guide the team to maintain compliance with TJC and CMS regulations.
- Perform case management duties on the floor, complete necessary administrative work, and assist with complex cases as needed.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible to practice in Texas.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably acute care.
- Preferable supervisory experience.
- Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health, and telemedicine coverage.
