• Manage HR compliance programs and procedures in accordance with applicable federal and state regulatory requirements.
• Ensure HR policies and guidelines remain current, relevant, and compliant while supporting overall business objectives.
• Lead affirmative action planning (AAP) efforts, including strategy development and execution of action plans.
• Oversee administration of the drug and alcohol testing program, serving as the Designated Employer Representative and primary point of contact for State Utility Commissions, PHMSA, and FMCSA during audits.
• Maintain compliance for accessing, reviewing, and auditing personnel files and sensitive records, including adherence to Privacy Act requirements and secure storage of medical records.
• Oversee vendor relationships and identify and address vendor performance gaps in a timely manner.
• Select, develop, motivate, and evaluate employees; provide coaching and feedback to address performance issues and create sustainable, well‑documented processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in HR compliance, employment law, and affirmative action programs, or equivalent education and experience.
