POSITION SUMMARYAs an intern in the People Center, you will have the opportunity to learn about each of the critical functions within Human Resources that shape the employee experience at National Life. You will rotate through two areas of the People Center, gaining hands on experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development. Throughout this rotation, you will work on meaningful projects that impact our programs and processes in partnership with business leaders on the People team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe People Center intern will be a vital part of our team and will contribute to our continuing efforts to identify and implement best practices. Key projects include: job posting and resume reviews, recruiting advertising campaign support, content mapping of Servant Leadership, partnership in extended onboarding curriculum and candidate experience.
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum overall GPA of 3.00
- Working towards a degree in Human Resources Management, rising Senior preferred
- Coursework in human resources, organizational development, communications, or related area preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft tools with interest in learning new tools and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
