Job Description:

Specific Accountabilities/Essential Functions of Position

• Conceptualize, design and support the implementation of analytics and reports utilizing a variety of data warehouse front-end tools

• Leverage advanced software functionality to create user guided dashboards

• Incorporate mathematical- and statistics-based approach to identifying key business and customer behaviors through correlation trending and analysis

• Extract, combine, and filter data sets from data warehouse as well as utilizing external data sources by blending data, according to internal client specifications

• Develop and create solutions for dashboards, scorecards, reports, queries, and decision support

• Validate datasets to ensure a high level of data quality around analytics provided to the business.

• Analyze and translate business requirements to identify impacts, trends, and gaps

• Prepare accurate and timely business related analyses, research, and forecasts

• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

Additional Information:

Nerium is looking for a Junior to mid level resource who is looking for an opportunity to grow. They are starting out from essentially nothing from a BI perspective, other than the standard reporting. Ideally, this resource will spend roughly 30-40% of the time on more data science related activities, with the remaining 60-70% on more general IT work to include standard reporting, SQL data analysis, requirements, etc.
