Systems Engineer, IT Project Manager
A high-level software security company located in Addison, TX is looking to bring on a Principal Azure Dev Ops Engineer for a full-time position. This company specializes in securing identity and access management tools, helping customers effectively protect and recover their security keys. The environment is focused on Azure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and other modern Dev Ops tools. The role will be hybrid, requiring on-site work 2-3 days per week with flexibility.
This is an opportunity to join a small, growing Dev Ops team that is currently scaling its microservices and expanding its cloud infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in architecting, designing, and mentoring other engineers while implementing new concepts from the ground up. The hiring team is looking for a strong technical leader who can also bring experience leading scrum ceremonies, conducting one-on-ones, and guiding team performance reviews.

- 8-10+ years in IT
- 3+ years in a Senior or Lead Dev Ops role
- Strong experience with Azure and containerization (AKS, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt)
- Proven ability to lead teams and run scrum ceremonies
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
- Strong scripting experience with Python and Go
- Experience with Helm, Istio, Azure API Management, Logic Apps, or CosmosDB
- Educational degrees or cloud certifications are a plus
