Addison, TX / Jersey City, NJ (3 Days onsite a week)

Pay rate: $65.00 - 68.26/hr

This role is a potential contract to hire and will require resources that do not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Position Summary

Looking for a Salesforce CRMA Developer with 5+ years’ experience in developing dashboard / reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics platform. The role will be responsible for understanding business requirements and processes and translating them into reporting/dashboards solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable. Responsible for translating the requirements created by functional analysts into CRMA dashboards. Also, responsible for developing the high-level strategy to solve business problems.

Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Build and customize datasets, lenses, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Write and optimize SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) queries for advanced data manipulation.
  • Implement custom JSON configurations for dashboards and lenses to enhance functionality.
  • Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing analytics processes.
  • Document business requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.
  • Implement row-level security and access controls to ensure data privacy and compliance.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for analytics solutions.
  • Maintain proper version control and documentation for all development work.
  • Design and implement data integration processes between Salesforce CRMA and external systems.
