IAM Engineer - Addison, TX

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our team in Addison, TX. This role requires deep expertise with Ping Identity solutions, including Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping Directory, to deliver robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM and SSO (Single Sign-On) technologies, with hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end Ping IAM solutions.

• • Design, implement, and support IAM solutions using Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping Directory.

  • Provide end-to-end IAM solutions that ensure secure and seamless access for internal and external users.

  • Configure and manage SSO integrations across a range of enterprise applications and platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IAM technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, authorization, federation, and directory services.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, configurations, and operational procedures for IAM systems.

  • Ensure IAM solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.

  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in the IAM space, particularly around Ping products.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Ping Identity technologies:
      Ping Federate, Ping Access, Ping Directory

    • IAM (Identity and Access Management)

    • SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions and integrations

  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end IAM solutions using Ping products.

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Solid understanding of security principles, protocols, and standards related to IAM.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and business teams.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other IAM platforms and federation standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, etc.).

  • Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks.

  • Relevant certifications in Ping technologies or IAM.

  Soft Skills:

  • Self-motivated and proactive.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
