Lead Generation Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven PPC & Lead Generation Specialist with deep expertise in lead generation and hands‑on experience managing campaigns through Hub Spot. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns designed to drive high‑quality leads and accelerate revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In Ads, and other paid channels with a primary goal of qualified lead generation.
- Manage full‑funnel Hub Spot workflows, including campaign setup, tracking, lead routing, and reporting.
- Build and refine conversion paths, landing pages, CTAs, and forms using Hub Spot tools to maximize lead capture and conversion rates.
- Write compelling ad copy, conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to continually improve campaign performance.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and make proactive optimizations to reduce CPL and increase ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define lead quality and MQLs while managing and optimizing the end‑to‑end lead generation process in Hub Spot and Call Rail, including tracking and reporting on leads to maximize conversions and campaign ROI.
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting dashboards in Hub Spot—highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Maintain strict attribution accuracy through Hub Spot tracking, UTM parameters, and integrations with paid platforms.
- Manage all aspects of our Google Shopping Ads strategy including product feeds, issue resolution, campaign optimization, performance analysis, and compliance.
- Assist in planning and management of monthly advertising budgets by forecasting spend and anticipated lead volume based on historical performance and market trends.
- 2–5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
- Hub Spot Marketing Hub experience is preferred (campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, reporting).
- Proven ability to lower cost‑per‑lead while increasing lead volume and quality.
- Strong understanding of paid media best practices, conversion optimization, and landing page performance.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting PPC metrics, Hub Spot analytics, and CRM data.
- Strong writing and communication skills along with a collaborative, data‑driven approach.
- Experience with B2B lead gen funnels
- Google Ads and/or Hub Spot certifications
- Experience with SEO or broader digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a similar major.
