This role is crucial for elevating our market presence and effectively communicating our consultative approach to enterprise IT solutions.

It requires a strong mix of technical marketing expertise in automation and AI-driven strategies, a deep understanding of B2B technology marketing, and exceptional ability to translate complex IT solutions into compelling campaigns. You’ll lead our digital marketing efforts across all channels, from strategic planning and marketing automation to paid media execution, performance optimization, and data-driven decision making.

The Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that engage target audiences and drive business growth for both Clear Technologies and Visual One Intelligence®. This dual-focus role manages operations across marketing automation, paid media, and AI-enhanced marketing initiatives to elevate Clear Technologies’ position as a trusted enterprise IT partner while simultaneously building market awareness and demand for our proprietary Visual One Intelligence® platform.

This position is based in our Addison, TX office and requires in-person collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize integrated marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns in Hub Spot
  • Develop and execute strategic email marketing plans with advanced segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to maximize engagement and ROI
  • Build high-converting landing pages in Hub Spot that support lead generation and conversion objectives
  • Partner with marketing operations to align lead scoring models and lifecycle programs with business goals and industry best practices
  • Develop and own the AI strategy for marketing operations, aligning technology investments with business objectives
  • Optimize AI search results and continuously refine models, prompts, and workflows to improve accuracy and scale
  • Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can enhance workflows, personalization, segmentation, lead management, and reporting
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools and platforms across the marketing technology stack
  • Develop and manage paid advertising strategies for Google Ads and Linked In that align with business goals and maintain consistent brand messaging
  • Execute paid media initiatives with focus on channel management, budget allocation, and ad optimization to maximize ROAS
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective advertising creatives and messaging for B2B technology audiences
  • Monitor, report on, and optimize digital campaigns using A/B testing and advanced analytics
  • Oversee the ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of Clear Technologies and Visual One Intelligence® websites
  • Implement website updates, new page creation, and content management to ensure optimal user experience and conversion performance
  • Ensure website SEO best practices are maintained and continuously optimized for search visibility
  • Manage website integrations with Hub Spot and other marketing technology platforms
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers or agencies as needed
  • Create comprehensive reporting dashboards to deliver actionable insights
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and ROI across all marketing automation channels
  • Develop regular performance reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Implement continuous optimization strategies driven by performance metrics and data analysis
  • Document and share digital marketing best practices across the organization
Qualifications

Required:
