Our client is rapidly growing their IT department and seeking a SQL Developer to join the team. This position will be responsible for helping with support tickets, building scripts, and updating the database to ensure stability, reliability and performance.
Responsibilities- Help write and optimize in-application SQL statements
- Perform query tuning and query writing
- Prepare documentations and specifications
- Profile server resource usage, and optimize and tweak as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Work with application development team to design and develop the schema, tables and dictionaries and architect the table/database structures
- Development of high-quality database solutions
- Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
- Develop procedures and scripts for data migration
