US base salary range: $147,000–$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Minimum qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with sales analytics, financial analytics, or sales operations.
- Experience with leading data‑driven analyses using SQL and data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience synthesizing insights and recommending actions from complex and unstructured datasets.
- Knowledge of Cloud Industry, products, trends and dynamics.
The Business Performance and Cadence Manager is a critical member of the Cloud Strategy and Operations team. You will work in a team focused on our critical business cadences, strategic insights and scaling for the future. You will be working separately in a fluid, constantly evolving global executive environment.

Responsibilities- Lead, manage and execute key Rhythms of the Business (RoB) work streams for the North Am sales organization, ensuring timely and high-quality preparation and delivery of materials for executive reviews.
- Provide deep‑dive analytics across core products, identifying performance drivers, optimization opportunities, and risks to our go‑to‑market strategy.
- Structure and lead core RoB work streams, including defining scope, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders, tracking progress, and delivering operational improvements.
- Develop and scale creative solutions to surface the right performance data/insights to North America Cloud sales teams/leaders to help continue to grow Google Cloud in North America.
- Support Cloud leadership on our regular business performance reviews and drive engaged insights within region to influence our strategies/plans.
