- Experience in Softphone API integration with Genesys CX
- Experience in Genesy SDK
- Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation.
- Strong experience Node.
JS/ Rest, SOAP and Genesys APIs. - Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
- Strong Experience in Genesys Cloud admin and configuration including contact center ,telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound.
- Experience in Genesys installation and configuration
- Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues.
