Scrum Master

• Serve as Scrum Master to lead change request projects and provide daily problem solving, coordination and leadership as required
• Maintain regular contact with existing internal customers through project lifecycle
• Lead sprints and collaborate with development teams to drive the efforts of technical and operations resources as they develop integrated software solutions and support systems to serve the partners and clients
• Maintain ongoing reporting of project status and activities

• Technical background and and knowledge of development, client/server, database, and customer information systems is a plus
• Agile/Scrum certified is preferred
• Strong organizational, communications and people skills a must
• Enjoys working in a start-up environment. Can be comfortable wearing multiple hats and willing to play whatever role is required for the situation
• Desire to thrive in young rapidly growing organization and a fast paced, complex environment where you’re depended upon to figure it out.
• Background in the Payments, Banking, E-Commerce, Finance and/or Utility industries helpful but not required

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

This position requires extended sitting and/or standing at a computer workstation.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Up to 15% travel to customers or partner sites may be required based on business needs
