- Need to know how to analyze data - must have the following 3 things:
Certification Attestation Validation

- Key Responsibilities Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track Service Now performance. Data Analysis & Visualization:
Extract, clean, and analyze data from Service Now and other systems (e.g., ITSM, CMDB). Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance) to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve operational efficiency. Data Governance:
Ensure data quality and accuracy, identifying anomalies or inconsistencies in Service Now data.
