BDF Law Group is hiring an entry level hybrid Collections Attorney in Addison, Texas. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or early-career attorney interested in developing expertise in collections.

• Manage a portfolio of collection cases from demand through judgment and enforcement.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Advise clients on recovery options and compliance with state and federal collection laws.
• Collaborate with paralegals, collectors, and administrative staff to ensure efficient case handling.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting.

• Active Texas bar license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Interest in civil litigation and creditors’ rights law.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.

• Experience in collections.
• Familiarity with FDCPA and related consumer protection statutes.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
