Legal Secretary

LHH is seeking a versatile and experienced Floater Legal Secretary to provide support across multiple practice areas. This full‑time role is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a team of senior attorneys and staff. This position reports directly to the HR department and offers the opportunity for future growth within the firm.

• Manage Outlook calendars, scheduling, and attorney coordination
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide legal administrative support across various practice areas including Business Litigation, Family Law, Real Estate & Property Tax, Trusts & Estates
• Step in for secretaries who are out of the office
• Assist HR and the Controller with administrative projects during slower periods

• Minimum of 2 years of legal secretarial experience at a law firm
• Some litigation experience required (Commercial Litigation strongly preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills
• Comfortable working with senior‑level attorneys and seasoned staff
• Professional demeanor with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic HR administrative experience is a plus
• 128 hours of PTO annually
