- 8+ years of experience handling:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- General corporate and transactional matters
- Additional experience strongly preferred in one or more of the following:
- Private placements
- Operating and shareholder agreements
- Succession planning
- Tax-related matters
- Financing transactions
- Real estate acquisitions and leasing
- Licensing and intellectual property matters
- Complex contract drafting and negotiation
- Texas Bar admission required
- Interesting, high-level corporate and transactional work
