Objective of the Position: To execute the vision of Soccer Shots (We aim to provide a beloved growth experience for every child; a remarkable experience for every family) by integrating EOS to enable the leadership team to successfully achieve seasonal and annual goals.
Title of Position: Executive Director (Integrator)
Reports to: Owners of the Woods Alexander Group, LLC (WAG)
Locations: Houston, Raleigh Durham, Dallas Fort Worth, Phoenix, Albuquerque
Compensation: Varies depending on location and experience (range $50,000-$100,000 + bonuses)

Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the profit and loss of the company and the development and execution of the business plan
- Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
- Removes obstacles so that people can effectively execute their responsibilities
- Ensures organizational clarity by maintaining open communication across the organization
- Makes decisions and assists in issue resolution; serves as the tie-breaker within the leadership team
- Maintains organizational priorities guided by the Visionary and ensures that everyone is aligned on those priorities and working in a manner consistent with our core values
- Harmoniously integrates the functions of the business, blending friction into greater energy for the company as a whole
- Filter the ideas of the Visionary to eliminate barriers, hurdles, and stumbling blocks for the leadership team

- Familiarity with Mac products and operating systems
