Executive Director

Reports to: Owners of the Woods Alexander Group, LLC (WAG), Mckhenzie Conque (WAG Integrator)

Location: Albuquerque, NM

The Integrator is a hungry, humble and smart leader worth following. An adventurer, who is willing to relocate with a passion to grow and multiply themselves. The Integrator has the ability to harmoniously integrate the major functions of the business, run the organization, and manage the day-to-day issues that arise.

They are the glue that holds the people, processes, systems, priorities, and strategy of the company together.

• Running the day-to-day
  • Accountable for the profit and loss of the company and the development and execution of the business plan
  • Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
  • Removes obstacles so that people can effectively execute their responsibilities

  • Ensures organizational clarity by maintaining open communication across the organization
  • Makes decisions and assists in issue resolution; serves as the tie-breaker within the leadership team
  • Maintains organizational priorities guided by the Visionary and ensures that everyone is aligned on those priorities and working in a manner consistent with our core values
  • Harmoniously integrates the functions of the business, blending friction into greater energy for the company as a whole
