Fleet Supervisor

• Oversee a large fleet (1,800+ assets) and supervise fleet administration
• Implement and maintain fleet management software and ERP systems
• Analyze fleet data for efficiency, cost reduction, and asset health
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA, California Clean Air Act)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on fleet performance
• Contribute to the development of SOPs as the company continues to grow
• NO DRIVER MANAGEMENT

• 3+ years of fleet or asset management experience w/ minimal fleet size of 800 vehciles
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Eclipse, Quick Books, etc.)
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Local candidates preferred (within a 30–45 minute commute)
• Experience with Geo Tab and knowledge of fleet regulations a plus
