Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor at our Addison, TX facility.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with employees to promote a positive working environment
  • Lead, coach, mentor and motivate direct reports to achieve optimum performance
  • Monitor department budgets and approve budget expenses
  • Record daily performance metrics (Quality, Production, On‑Time Performance) and monitor results against budget or goal targets
  • Develop and implement department goals, communicate expectations, timelines, processes and performance feedback to personnel
  • Establish consistent department procedures; evaluate process methods for improvement
  • Analyze production staffing levels to meet financial and production goals
  • Implement and maintain safe work processes
  • Ensure employees have appropriate training and resources to perform their jobs
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and administer timely performance reviews
  • Prioritize customer focus and service
  • Support LEAN process transformation and continuous improvement development
  • Communicate with other company leaders in planning and discussions
  • Document and maintain work‑cell SOPs to assist training
  • Maintain department supplies
  • Manage normal and exception inbound and outbound processes
  • Oversee maintenance of the facility and MHE
  • Lead the overall safety program
  • Control inventory activities within the Print Stream system
  • Oversee training of all MHE operators
You Must Have
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, including Excel and Word
  • Experience with budgeting, P&L, and strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Experience with empowerment and agility
  • Comfortable collaborating with other departments, leaders and teams to meet deadlines and results
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high urgency and time constraints
  • Organized, detail‑oriented; 3 years of production/warehouse experience
  • 5 years of leadership experience
  • Qualified to operate and train personnel on all MHE
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with real‑time inventory systems
  • Valid and current driver’s license
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Ability to effectively deal with and motivate others
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong service orientation
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • Personal computer skills
  • Ability to work with internal and external partners
  • Knowledge of postal processing (helpful)
  • College degree or equivalent experience
