We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and innovative Permanent Commissioning Program Manager to join our Tech Services team. This role will provide you with an opportunity to lead and manage exciting projects in the tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing complex projects involving chillers, building management systems (BMS), power, and cooling. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the commissioning process for major technical projects, ensuring that all systems and components of a building or industrial plant are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the owner or final client.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management, quality assurance, and communication plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are aligned with strategic objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise on chillers, BMS, power, and cooling systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, leveraging best practices and lessons learned.
  • Act as a point of escalation for project issues and risks, ensuring that they are appropriately managed and resolved.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in Project Management would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects involving chillers, BMS, power, and cooling systems.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the Tech Services industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, with a proven track record in driving efficiency and excellence in project delivery.
