This leadership position offers the opportunity to build and lead a practice with full backing from an established network.

• Build a thriving practice culture, setting the tone for medical excellence and teamwork.
• Lead and mentor the medical team, recruiting, onboarding, and developing associate veterinarians and paraprofessional staff.
• Drive medical and surgical excellence by setting and maintaining the hospital's standard of care.
• Partner in business ownership, working with the Hospital Manager to manage financial performance and make strategic decisions that drive revenue growth.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a license in good standing to practice.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Compassionate and collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor associates.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong understanding of running a successful practice.
• Previous formal leadership or management experience is a significant plus.

This role rewards leadership and growth with significant financial incentives, including the potential to earn over $1 Million in cash incentives and equity options.
