We are seeking an experienced QA Program Manager / QA Delivery Lead to support an expanding quality assurance and vulnerability management workstream within a large enterprise financial services environment. This individual will help increase team capacity, oversee testing and patching activities, and drive the overall delivery of QA initiatives. The role will focus on coordinating work across teams, managing testing efforts, tracking progress, and supporting Overall Test Approval (OTA).

The ideal candidate has a strong QA background combined with project or delivery management experience, excellent communication skills, and the motivation to take ownership of work and drive results.

• Lead and coordinate QA-focused projects and delivery initiatives, ensuring work is completed on time and aligned with established requirements.
• Support vulnerability-related initiatives, including coordinating patching and testing activities.
• Manage day-to-day delivery activities for a newly added workstream within the business line.
• Oversee testing progress, track deliverables, identify potential blockers, and drive issues toward resolution.
• Coordinate with QA, technology, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and support successful delivery.
• Support the Overall Test Approval (OTA) process and help ensure testing activities are completed appropriately.
• Use Jira and Octane to track work, manage defects, monitor progress, and communicate project status.
• Help increase team bandwidth by taking ownership of routine and lower-complexity deliverables while supporting broader team priorities.
• Communicate project updates, risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and keep work moving forward.

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in QA, project management, program management, or delivery leadership.
• Prior quality assurance experience or a strong QA background.
• Experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Program Manager with a focus on QA and testing activities.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Octane.
• Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• A proactive, motivated, and results-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership and drive deliverables to completion.
• Experience working on enterprise-level projects or initiatives.

• Previous experience as a Test Lead or QA Testing Lead.
• Broad experience across QA, delivery management, and project coordination.
• Audit experience.
• Previous Bank of America experience, including CE experience.
• Quality assurance experience within financial services.
