About the Job
We are looking for Baristas to join our team! We are looking for full-time and part-time employees to work weekdays & weekends. We are looking for fun, motivated, and hardworking people to join our team.
Essential Functions- Greet customers as they enter with a friendly smile, take drink orders from customers while paying attention to details such as preferences of drinks, food, beverage preferences, etc.
- Prepare beverages following recipes exactly as specified by the recipe list.
- Serve beverages, snacks, and pastries from a stock that has been properly stored throughout the shift.
- Receive and process payments (cash & credit cards).
- Cleaning duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
- Experience in food service or restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with manager about problems or questions that arise in the line of work.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (optional).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (optional).
- Guest services: 1 year (Preferred).
- Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred).
