• Prepare and produce food items in a commissary kitchen setting according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating food inventory and supplies
• Package and label food products accurately for distribution or service
• Follow all food safety and handling protocols in compliance with health regulations
• Support kitchen staff with prep work, portioning, and batch cooking as needed
• Monitor and report low stock levels or equipment issues to management

• Prior experience in a commissary, commercial kitchen, or food production environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices (Serv Safe certification a plus)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent food quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, or varying shifts as needed
